BRONZE & SILVER MEMBERS

Earn Free Parking 

  1. Insert your Membership Card into the ticket machine when entering the carpark
  2. Play, stay or dine with your Membership Card and earn 5 Tier Points. Use The Star App to track your progress towards free parking!
  3. Once earned, simply use your Membership Card to exit the carpark for free.

 

GOLD MEMBERS AND HIGHER

Parking is complimentary for Gold Members and higher at The Star Brisbane carpark. Simply enter and exit the car park with your Membership Card.

 

WHERE TO PARK

THE STAR BRISBANE - WILLIAM STREET

For the most convenient access, parking is available on-site at The Star Brisbane. There are three car park entrances available:

  1. William Street entry
  2. Queens Wharf Road entry
  3. Margaret Street entry

The car park is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (subject to availability).

Please note that we do not have parking available for tall vehicles (over 2.1m).

 
PARKING FOR HOTEL GUESTS 

We offer guests of The Star Grand a special car parking flat rate of $45 per night, for the duration of their stay.

Please note, car park availability is not guaranteed as part of a hotel booking. With limited parking spaces, we encourage our guests to take advantage of the various public transport options, where possible. The car park is regularly at full capacity during peak periods, such as Friday and Saturday evenings.

Valet parking is offered, subject to availability, at The Star Grand at $65.00 per day.

There are various ways you can get to The Star Brisbane including via bus, train, ferry or by car.

BRISBANE CITY COUNCIL BUSES

The Star Brisbane is conveniently located a short walking distance to Brisbane's Uptown, which also doubles as the hub of the city's bus network. For information on which bus service is the most suitable for you, please visit www.translink.com.au

QUEENSLAND RAIL TRAIN SERVICES

Located within walking distance of Roma Street, Central and South Brisbane Stations, The Star Brisbane is centrally located for ease of access. For timetable and station information, please visit www.translink.com.au

BRISBANE CITY COUNCIL FERRIES / CITY CATS

The Star Brisbane is nestled right next to the banks of the Brisbane River and is a short stroll from the North Quay ferry stop. For further information on timetables and stops, please visit www.translink.com.au

PEDESTRIAN AND BIKEWAY ACCESS

Pedestrians can easily access The Star Brisbane via William Street, Margaret Street and the George Street Foyer entrance. The Neville Bonner Bridge also connects South Bank to the Queen’s Wharf precinct and The Star Brisbane's The Terrace.  

Meanwhile the recently upgraded Bicentennial Bikeway runs along the river's edge adjacent to the precinct and will offer end of ride facilities.

Disabled parking bays are conveniently located close to the car park entrance lobbies. Look for the individually identified bays.

All restrooms in The Star offer easy access to toilet facilities for those with accessiblity needs and disabilities.

If Treasury Brisbane’s car park is full, additional parking is available at Uptown and Festival Car Park. Uptown or Festival Car Park parking tickets must be validated at Treasury Brisbane.
